OpenCart Helpdesk / Ticket System
This extension adds a ticket-based communication system to OpenCart 3 for interaction between customers and administrators.
Customers can create and reply to tickets from the storefront account area or by email. Incoming messages are automatically attached to existing tickets or create new ones depending on the configured rules.
Administrators can manage tickets from the OpenCart administration panel, view message history, change ticket status, assign tickets, and reply directly from the interface.
