Custom Development Agreement

1. Scope of Use

• The developed solution may only be installed and maintained on the websites (domain names) specified in the project specification.

2. Store Configuration

• The developed solution is designed to work only with the store configuration (store version, major PHP version, theme, set of modules, and key settings) described in the specification.

• If the specification does not explicitly define these parameters, the solution is assumed to work with the client’s current store configuration at the time of development.

• Any change to one of these parameters may void the warranty for the custom solution.

3. Support

• Free support for the developed solution is provided for 1 year after installation on the client’s website.

• Any support or requests after this period may be subject to additional fees, at the discretion of the provider.

4. Intellectual Property and Rights

• The client receives non-exclusive rights to use the developed solution.

• The provider retains the right to use, adapt, and incorporate the created work into future projects.

• The client may not publish, distribute, or resell the custom solution on any marketplace or trading platform.

5. Payment Terms

• All custom development work is provided on a 100% prepayment basis.

• Large projects may be divided into milestones, with each milestone delivered and paid for separately.

6. Implementation Approach

• Unless otherwise specified in the project specification, the provider determines the methods and approaches used to implement the custom solution.

• In most cases, the provider uses the free Ka Extensions library, which is also delivered as part of the project result.
